Critter Grid Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Critter Grid handles information when you use the Android game published under package name com.crittergrid.game.
Critter Grid does not require an account. Core game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Information handled by the app
Critter Grid stores puzzle progress, settings, best times, hint status, daily challenge history, and collected critters locally on your device. This local game data is not uploaded to the developer.
Advertising and consent
Critter Grid includes optional rewarded advertising provided by Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform may collect or receive information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers. Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Where required, Critter Grid asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. Available privacy choices can also be opened from Settings → Ad Privacy. Ads are optional and core gameplay remains available without watching an ad.

Sharing and saved images
If you choose to save or share a puzzle result, Critter Grid creates an image on your device and opens Android's system save or share interface. The app does not upload that image to the developer. Any app you choose in the Android share sheet processes the image under its own privacy policy.
Data security and retention
Network communications used by Google advertising services are encrypted in transit. Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Information handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your advertising privacy choices.
Children
Critter Grid is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
- Use the in-app Ad Privacy option where available to review or change advertising choices.
- Reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through your device settings.
- Clear Critter Grid's local data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
- Contact us with a privacy question or request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this address with an updated effective date.
